Good afternoon to our EES families!
It has been a very busy week here at Easthill. Our grade 4-8 students showed incredible teamwork and sportsmanship competing in Short Track Relay. Thursday was a fantastic Day filled with amazing athletic achievements at our School Track and Field Day. It was truly inspiring to see so much participation and effort! Our grass school yard also opened this week. Students have really enjoyed being able to play soccer and football, as well as other games in the newly accessible space. We are currently working on new plans for drop off and pick up. Once those plans are finalized we will share out with all families and move to the new process. Stay tuned.
Words Matter Campaign: May 21st is Words Matter Day. We will be continuing our discussions with our students around the importance of their words and how they may impact others. This is ongoing learning that continues each and everyday here at Easthill. We are celebrating our work so far, and will continue the learning into next year.
School Council - We are excited to support student learning at Easthill through the support of the School Council. Our next meeting will be on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 6:00PM in our Learning Commons. We will also offer an online connection for people that may not be able to attend in person, but can join virtually. More details and the link for the Meet will be shared out closer to May 29, 2025.

The program has recently changed - partial day absences and late arrivals are no longer available on School Messenger.

Popcorn Days
May popcorn days are May 6, 13, 20, & 27. This will be our final Popcorn days this year. There will not be popcorn available in June.
